Cristina Nitu

Cristina Nitu is currently working as a Senior Associate in Anisuzzaman & Associates virtually. Cristina is an experienced Lawyer who is admitted as a Barrister and Solicitor of the High Court of New Zealand and Supreme Court of Queensland, Australia.  Cristina is an honorary member of the Foreign Affairs Commission of the Romanian Parliament, for Romanian immigrants overseas and a member of Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (CIArb).

She works with clients in the following areas: 

1. Immigration Law, Deportation/Ministerial Applications/Immigration Tribunal cases for declined offshore and onshore applications/Investor business visas.
2. Disputes resolution, ADR;
3. Asset protection, setting up trusts;
